At The Sweet Cheeks you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange, or gift card. (Returns must be received in 14 days to receive a full refund, if not a gift card or exchange will be offered)

Swimwear Hygiene
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the hygiene sticker has been removed or the item shows signs of wear
How to Return:
- Click on "Returns Portal” within 14 days of receiving your order (if over return will not be approved)
- Include your order number and whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or gift card
- Return the item using tracked shipping (customer covers return cost)
- We’ll process your request within 5 working days once the return is received and inspected
Eligibility for Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Hygiene sticker must be intact
Items must be returned in the original packaging
Returns are not free, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide the address. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
