At The Sweet Cheeks we want you to love your swimwear — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange, or gift card.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Hygiene sticker must be intact
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Options Available
- Refund to your original payment method
- Exchange for a different size or style
- Store credit (gift card) valid for 12 months
Swimwear Hygiene
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the hygiene sticker has been removed or the item shows signs of wear.
How to Return
- Click on "Returns here” within 14 days of receiving your order (if over return will not be approved
- Include your order number and whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or gift card
- Return the item using tracked shipping (customer covers return cost )
- We’ll process your request within 5 working days once the return is received and inspected
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without hygiene sticker or tags
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Returns are not free — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide the address.
Please ensure your order number is clearly written on a piece of paper inside the return package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
